  2. Upon conformation of acceptance, 10% deposit is payable and the balance by 30th November 2006 - then $3,500+GST (if applicable) will be refunded ( if the balance is paid in full by 30th November 2006) (making the price $35,OO0+GST less $3,500+GST where applicable).
• All normal expenses associated with standing Outback Prince are borne by the stud farm. Shareholders have no expenses associated with the upkeep or general maintenance of the stallion.
• Insurance for death cover and loss of use due to injury are covered until 1-9-2007 for the whole horse. Prior to that time, we will arrange quotations for the next year's insurance for fertility and mortality for each shareholder should they wish to insure their interest.
• A budget of approx $40k has been allocated to promote Outback Prince during the year, so shareholders can expect good exposure for their investment which should maximize returns from both future weanling and yearling sales, as well as bookings for services.
• All shareholders will receive 2 (two) nominations per year for the first 3 years with free returns. Thereafter shareholders are entitled to one nomination per year for the life of the horse.
